What if I need to cancel?
When cancelling on the day It is very unlikely The Local Nanny will be able to work for another family and may have already turned families away for this date. The Local Nanny is an independent childcare and domestic helper and so has to have a cancellation policy in place, by making a booking with the Local Nanny you are accepting the terms of this policy.
*Cancelling a booking on the day requires 100% payment of the original hours of the booking.
*Cancelling the day before the booking requires 50% payment of the original hours of the booking.
*Any other cancellations will incur a £10 charge.
These can be paid in cash or through bank transfer.
If I ever have to cancel an appointment last minute due to incident/ illness, I now offer a £5 goodwill voucher to use on your next booking.
